I believe in inclusive zoning. Each neighborhood should have provisions for care-homes, affordable housing, open space, daycare services, public schools, commerce and shopping and be connected by roads. Zoning is an important tool that will encourage this integration. The City has recently updated its zoning plan to align with the OCP-2040. This zoning tool will support this edia of integration of neighborhoods.
